Our client operates an Agricultural Dealership on the fringes of Auckland. They seek to employ the services of a competent Service Manager with a proven track record in middle management to take control of this important section of their business.
The company is well established with a loyal customer base. To be successful you will have strong technical abilities and qualifications, experience in “man” management and the day to day running of a 15 man team. You will be well presented, organised and be an excellent communicator and negotiator in all matters regarding the operation of a modern workshop to ensure positive outcomes for all concerned.
We are looking for that special customer focused person with a “can do” and “make things happen” attitude who makes that “extra effort” to ensure customer and staff satisfaction remain paramount. You will exhibit the well-developed commercial skills to perform as a credible ambassador for the company, developing productive relationships with existing clients and seeking out new customer opportunities. Indeed, your ability to operate as a credible ‘play-maker’ in the growth and development of the company will be instrumental in determining your potential to go further.
Experience in agricultural equipment is highly desirable, however serious consideration will be given to those that can demonstrate competent Service Management from the Heavy Transport, Earthmoving or the Construction industry.
The income level is excellent for the right individual and will be negotiated at the interview; a company vehicle is on offer with other benefits to the individual with the right skill set.
