I am looking for an Estimator to join a well established consultancy based in Canada. Ideally you will have 10 years + experience and hold strong communication skills.
Duties:
• Prepare a bill of quantities listing the individual components required to construct the project
• Complete the Quantities process according to company standards
• Co-ordinate with the Procurement Engineer to communicate required quantities from sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare subcontractors and suppliers payment certificates
• Maintain proper logs for subcontractors
• Provide the necessary information required for the submission of any potential claim

Requirements:
• Relevant degree
• Ideally 10+ experience
• Strong communication skills
