I do have an extensive acknowledge in Sales & Marketing preparing collateral materials from creation and final distribution with Quark Express Adobe Page Maker Photoshop etc.. I used to be in charge of the Caper for Carnival Cruise Lines (Cruise ship daily Newpaper) translated in different languages. Trainer for all reservation/booking systems: Galileo, Amadeus, Fidelio, Adobe Page Maker, word, excel, office, power point, photoshop, micros, fidelio, corel draw, internet etc. Mac Due my past experiences with high volume of human resources and management tasks, I do have a strong knowledge in training Crew/Staff of every departments being in the Tourism/Hospitality Industry including Cruise Ships since 1983 (while still a student).
