Reproductive Health Trainer

Position Sought: Trainer and Curriculum Developer in Reproductive Health Interests: Obstetrician Gynaecologist with special interest in curriculum development and training in reproductive health (RH) for health promotion and disease prevention. Skills and experience: Wide experience in curriculum development and performing participatory training in RH. This includes, but is not limited to, prevention of parent to child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV and advanced life support in obstetrics (ALSO). Coordination of adolescent RH activities and sexual and gender violence recovery care. Ability to work in challenging and cross-cultural environments. Endowed with excellent interpersonal, strategic planning and communication skills. Proficient in computer use. Languages spoken: Fluent in English. Previous English Test Scores: International English Language Testing System (IELTS), 7 Dec 2007- Overall Band Score of 8.0 (Listening 8.0, Reading 8.5, Writing 7.0, Speaking 7.5) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), 20 Sep 2004- Total Score 287 (Listening 28, Structure/Writing 30, Reading 28, Essay Rating 6.0) Fluent in Swahili and Kikuyu.
