I am currently studying through Massey University a post graduate diploma in Business and Administration specialising in Human resource management. I hope to complete this degree part time over the next two years. I have had extensive experience in recruitment and training of retail staff and retail managers over the past 6 years in retail management. I have found a passion for human resources and wish to contribute to the success of a company through the development of it's people.
